Chris serves as Project Manager at Bourn Homes, leading each project through the construction phase with precision, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

 

With a sharp eye for detail and a deep respect for craftsmanship, Chris works closely with trade partners to ensure every element of the home is executed to the highest standards. His strong relationships in the field and consistent on-site presence allow him to maintain both momentum and excellence throughout the build process — particularly in the critical finishing stages where details matter most.

 

Chris remains actively involved beyond completion, overseeing the home warranty phase with the same level of care and responsiveness. His goal is simple: to ensure every Bourn home not only meets expectations, but exceeds them.

 

What Chris values most about his role is the opportunity to contribute his craftsmanship to each home while working alongside a team that operates with integrity and pride.

 

Outside of work, Chris enjoys life with his wife, Christen, and their two daughters. Much of his free time is spent outdoors, creating memories with family and friends.
