Working closely with homeowners during the architectural design phase, Jill helps translate vision into structure — aligning design intent with financial analysis and long-term investment strategy. She manages detailed budgeting and cost forecasting for each project, providing transparency and informed guidance throughout the building process. Her ability to balance creativity with precision allows clients to move forward with both confidence and excitement.​

 

Before joining Bourn Homes, Jill spent more than a decade in education. That foundation shaped her strengths in communication, leadership, and thoughtful guidance. She approaches each project as both a strategist and an advocate, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and empowered at every stage.

 

​Outside of her professional role, Jill values time with her family and close friends. She has a deep appreciation for home in every sense — from design and entertaining to cooking, baking, and cultivating meaningful spaces.
