Jill is our Director of Operations and Design. Her no-nonsense, systematic approach ensures a smooth process for our clients from start to finish. Jill works directly with clients throughout the architectural design and manages the financial analyses of each project. Because of this systematic approach, Bourn clients can enjoy the custom home process every step of the way.

Jill was an educator for over a decade before joining Gary in the home-building industry. With her experience in education, she brings a unique gift of educating others, but more importantly, she understands the value of being a life-long learner.

In her free time, Jill loves spending time with her family and close friends. She’s also an avid lover of everything HOME – decorating, cooking, baking, and gardening!
